Amazing and great location - quite close to Le Loft. The rooms in the master & 2nd bedroom. Great pool, parking in front of the hotel.

I didn't want to say goodbye and will certainly stay here again. The room in the master & 2nd bedroom. It suited my needs.

I asked for deluxe apartment and it was big in the master & 2nd bedroom. Location: the hotel was next to Also close to shops, the center, and mountain side. I randomly popped in Panaderia Artesanal serving some pastries, located at walking distance from the property, it was nice.

I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in and was upgraded to a larger room at no extra charge. The property had a beautiful pool and a great location near the beach. The room was clean and nicely decorated, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation.

The location was unbeatable, right on the beach with an incredible west-facing view. We were in the center of everything, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The staff provided great service, and the breakfast was amazing.

There was one minor issue with the couch being broken. However, it did not detract from our overall enjoyable experience.

I had an amazing stay at this condo right on the beach. The location was perfect, as it was close to shops, restaurants, and other beaches. Fantastic New Year experience! Condo was simply beautiful, clean, and fully equipped. Appreciated the complimentary pool towels and beach chairs. The location is great, right by the beach resulting in breathtaking sunsets from the balcony. The security measures in place made us feel safe at all times. The staff was friendly and accommodating, with early check-in on the rooms and hassle-free check-out process. a wonderful holiday experience.

We did face issues with the broken couch in the living room and unpleasant odor. Moreover, the access road was blocked by a parade, resulting in inconvenience while checking out.

I absolutely loved my stay at this beachfront condo in Jaco. The location was perfect, right on the beach facing west, allowing me to enjoy breathtaking sunsets every evening. The room was beautiful and stocked with all the essentials I needed. The staff in the office was friendly and accommodating, even letting me check in early. The pool area was clean and the access to the ocean was easy. It was a dream to stay on the beach in Jaco.

There was one issue during my stay that was a bit inconvenient. On the day of our departure, we had to check out at 11:00am but our flight wasn't until 1:30 in the morning.

Elevator felt unstable.

The view from the condo was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful oceanfront location. The pool was well-maintained and offered a clean and refreshing swim. Additionally, the hotel had a great selection of restaurants nearby, providing delicious food options during our stay.

The air conditioning units in the condo were not functioning properly, with only three out of six blowing cold air. We also experienced problems with hot water availability, as only one shower had it.

During my stay here, I felt like a VIP. From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded my expectations with exclusive amenities and luxurious services. The hotel's location provides easy beach access and breathtaking views of the ocean. The outdoor swimming pool and garden area are immaculate and well-maintained, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. The room had a private outdoor dining area and other exclusive facilities that truly made me feel like royalty.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the service. Although the staff was friendly and helpful, there were times when it took longer than expected to receive assistance.
